i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere just a short walk from kyoto station, making it easy to explore nearby gems like nishi-hongan-ji and the kyoto aquarium, perfect for city strolls and park views after a long day of sightseeing.

Having a microwave and unlimited access to tea and coffee in the common area was an added benefit. However, getting to and from the hotel required a bit of navigation, especially after dark, which made things slightly challenging.

Solo traveler’s comfortable stay

The hotel is super close to the Kyoto station, only like a 10 min walk! I loved that it had a laundry service, so washing my clothes after exploring all day was a breeze. They even have a nice coffee spot in the lobby for breakfast, perfect for a busy traveler like me.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, I’d say it's fair.
